The Classes are designed especially for the pregnant woman with
advice and research from qualified midwives and health care
professionals.
The course combines certain Belly Dance techniques and
prenatal movements on birthing balls , relaxation techniques and deep
breathing . Music is specially selected to soothe and relax.
